The IC Construction Company team is committed to job site safety and compliance.  Our comprehensive safety program is ingrained into our culture and enforces full safety and compliance guidelines from management to the field. 

To maintain safety and quality our in-house Safety Director performs routine job site audits with our Site Superintendents to ensure our projects are clean, organized, and above all, safe for all contractors and visitors on that site at all times.

Our Site Superintendents perform daily safety evaluations of the entire site to ensure OSHA and SWPPP regulations are met.  As part of the weekly project meeting our Site Superintendents review the safety and procedures of the upcoming work to ensure that our crews and the contractors are prepared to meet the safety expectations.  In addition, our Site Superintendents host “Tool Box” talks tailored to the current work activities on site. 

On an annual basis we host full company safety meetings to review common workplace hazards, how to identify them and remedy each situation.  Safety and Compliance is ever changing, at the annual meeting we review updates in safety and changes to OSHA regulations and provide specific training programs to ensure we are staying current.  Training is not only done once a year, our Safety Director provides on site training to update each site on current changes in safety and compliance and to provide additional training to new employees and sub-contractors.  Further training and knowledge are powerful, each Site Superintendent is required to have their full OSHA-30 training within their first year of employment.
